
The Association of Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand, under the royal patronage of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, held a ceremony to celebrate the 48th anniversary of the association’s establishment, highlighting the role of member institutions in advancing Thailand’s higher education. The event also featured the 2025 Outstanding Personnel and Outstanding Student Awards, presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanavath Phonvichai, President of the Association, at the Makawan Rangsan Room, Royal Thai Army Club.
Kasem Bundit University congratulated four award recipients:

Asst. Prof. Dr. Nitibodi Sukcharoen, Assistant Director of the Research Office – Outstanding Researcher Award (Social Sciences)

Asst. Prof. Thanawat Ruamsuk, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Nursing – Outstanding Young Researcher Award (Health Sciences)

Dr. Nop. Chainat Surapichpong, Ph.D. Program in Psychology for Human Potential Development – Outstanding Dissertation Award (Humanities, Doctoral Level)

Dr. Seni Suwandee, Vice President for Planning and Development – Honorary Recognition for Contributions to the Association (Academic Year 2025)
In addition, Kasem Bundit University showcased a key aviation technology research project titled “Hybrid Telemetry and 4G LTE Digital Remote Flight Control System for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)”, developed by the Faculty of Engineering in collaboration with the Royal Thai Navy and the National Research Council of Thailand. The project demonstrates the university’s innovation capacity in supporting important national missions.
