Candidate Qualification
1. Be a current full-time student at Kasem Bundit University for at least 1 academic year before applying for the student exchange program.
2. Have a good English communication proficiency. Be a student in the International/English Program or have B1 level language competence according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or obtain TOEFL (iBT) score of at least 75 or IELTS score of at least 6 or under the committee discretion
3. Well behave and received recommendations from advisors/faculty members
4. Obtain GPAX of at least 3.00

Application Process
1. Submit an online application
in which includes
1.1 Student exchange program application
1.2 Statement of Purpose
1.3 Two Recommendation Letters
Those who passed the preliminary screen will be interviewed by the committee.

Conditions and Enrollment
1. Design the study plan with the advisor and select the equivalent courses to enroll at the Host Institution.
2. Register as a full-time student at the Host Institution during the student exchange program
3. Make the payment of the equivalent courses at Kasem Bundit University at the regular rate as other semesters at KBU.
4. At the end of the program, obtain good academic performance for normal student determined by the Host Institution

Required documents
1. Photocopy of passport
2. Learning Agreement signed by the student, advisor, and coordinator of both institutions
3. Consent form and health insurance to attend the student exchange program signed by the parent
4. KBU Transcript
5. Application of the Host Institution (if any)

Cost and Expense
1. Student shall be waived the tuition and fee of the equivalent courses at the host institution.
2. Student shall be responsible for the air ticket, travelling cost, visa fee, health insurance fee, meals, accommodation (either full or partial), course materials, other personal expense.

1. เป็นนักศึกษาภาคปกติ ลงทะเบียนเต็มเวลาที่มหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิต เป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ก่อนเข้าร่วมโครงการ
2. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอย่างดี โดยเป็นนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรนานาชาติ หรือหลักสูตรภาคภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ มีการทักษะอยู่ในระดับ B1 level language competence ตาม Common European Framework of Reference for Languages หรือระดับคะแนน75 สำหรับ TOEFL (iBT) หรือ คะแนน 6 สำหรับ IELTS หรือ ตามการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการคัดเลือกโครงการ
3. มีพฤติกรรมที่ดี และได้รับการรับรองจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา/คณะ
4. มีผลการเรียน (GPAX) มากกว่า 3.00

ขั้นตอนการสมัคร
1. ยื่นเอกสารการสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ ทางออนไลน์
ประกอบด้วย
1.1 ใบสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน (กรอกใบสมัคร)
1.2 Statement of Purpose
1.3 Recommendation letter จำนวน 2 ฉบับ
2. ผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกเบื้องต้น เข้าสอบสัมภาษณ์

เงื่อนไขและการลงทะเบียนเรียน
1. วางแผนการเรียนร่วมกับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และกำหนดรายวิชาเทียบเท่าที่จะลงทะเบียนที่ Host Institution
2. ลงทะเบียนเรียนเต็มเวลาที่ Host Institution ระหว่างเข้าร่วมโครงการ
3. ชำระค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนในอัตราปกติที่มหาวิทยาลัยเกษมบัณฑิต
4. เมื่อจบโครงการฯแล้ว มีผลการเรียนที่ดีตามข้อกำหนด Host Institution สำหรับนักศึกษาสถานะปกติ

เอกสารเมื่อผ่านการคัดเลือก
1. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง
2. Learning Agreement ลงนามโดยนักศึกษา อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและผู้ประสานงานโครงการของทั้งสองสถาบัน
3. ใบยินยอมเข้าร่วมโครงการและการทำประกันสุขภาพ ลงนามโดยผู้ปกครอง
4. KBU Transcript
5. ใบสมัครของสถาบัน Host Institution (ถ้ามี)

ค่าใช้จ่าย
1. นักศึกษาผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ จะได้รับการยกเว้นค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนที่ Host Institution
2. นักศึกษาต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเดินทาง ค่าวีซ่า ค่าประกันสุขภาพ ค่าอาหาร ค่าที่พัก (ส่วนที่ไม่ได้รับการยกเว้น) ค่าเอกสารการเรียนการสอน และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ

โครงการเรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีน

University encourage student to enrich their communication skill in Chinese. Hence, we offer opportunity for students to be exposed to real experience by joining Chinese Summer Course Program.
They eligible to enroll two Chinese language courses in university in China and transfer back to Kasem Bundit University.
Courses duration is one month during summer.

The expense is approximately 38,000 THB. (The expense may subject to change)
The expense include round trip airplane ticket, visa, courses enrollment, course material, accident insurance, health insurance, housing, 3 meals/day, 2 excursions in Yunnan Province).
