Deposit Refund Conditions
- Student must make payments for rental according to contract period
imposed by the university - Student account have no overdue payment
- Student must present the deposit receipt to the officer
- If the deposit receipt was lost, student must report to the police and
submit the notification to the Office of Residence Hall - Student can have a deposit refund after 25th of the following month.
- To have a deposit refund by the authorized person, students must write a
letter of authorization with photocopies of ID Card, copy of ID Card of
student and authorized person. All photocopies must be certified as true
copy
